Robert Galluscio, CPA
Robert attended Germantown High School, before graduating from Fordham University in 1976. He has been with the firm since 1976 and is proud to be very accessible to his clients, providing prompt and caring services. His goal is to continue to contribute to clients’ success with the help of his excellent support staff. Robert is past president of United Way of Columbia County and the Hudson Jaycees. He is a former Columbia County Chamber of Commerce Board Member and Claverack Planning Board Member. Robert currently serves as a Board Member of Columbia County Industrial Development Agency.

Rick Bianchi, CPA
Rick is a lifelong resident of Columbia County, graduating from SUNY Plattsburgh in 1989. He has been with the firm since 1990, becoming a shareholder in 1994. In addition to working with corporations, partnerships and individuals; Rick especially enjoys working with non- and for-profit organizations involved with economic development projects throughout the United States. Rick is currently a board member of both the Columbia Economic Development Corporation and the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce. Rick has held a number of leadership and board member positions in various community organizations in both Columbia and Greene counties. He is the past President, Treasurer and Board Member of The Rotary Club of Northern Columbia County. He is a Rotary Paul Harris Fellow and honorary lifetime member.

Scott D Shallo, CPA, Esq.
Scott attended Hudson High School, before graduating from The University of Vermont in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. In 1992, he earned a Juris Doctor, cum laude, at the Albany Law School of Union University. Scott is the recipient of the Herbert Cohen Prize for law school graduate with greatest potential for excellence in corporate law and taxation. He became a shareholder in 1994. Scott is currently a board member of both the National Union Bank of Kinderhook and the Columbia Greene Humane Society. He serves as Treasurer of the Hudson Opera House and is the former Treasurer of Hudson Area Association Library.

Thomas Fucito, CPA
Born and raised in Columbia County, Tom attended Germantown High School before graduating from SUNY Empire State College in 1995. He joined firm in 1993, becoming a shareholder in 1998. Tom served as President of the Greene County Chamber of Commerce from 2006-2007 and was past President of the Catskill Rotary Paul Harris Fellow. He was also past Catskill Rotarian of the Year. Tom moved to Greene County in 1990 and currently resides in Purling with his wife Amy and three daughters Angelica, Alexis and Rose.

Matthew Mackerer, CPA
Matthew graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics and Management and received his MBA from Ithaca College. He joined the firm in 2011, becoming a shareholder in 2012. Matthew has served as Treasurer of the Cornell Club of the Berkshires since 2011 and as Treasurer of the Columbia County Habitat for Humanity since 2010. He was previously the Finance Committee Chair for the Ithaca Public Education Initiative.
